Steinway Piano Gallery

Greensboro

Steinway Piano Gallery-Greensboro (SPG-G), along with Steinway Piano Gallery-Charlotte (SPG-CH), is independently owned and operated by Mark and Katherine Love. The Love family and their gallery associates are committed to ensuring that every client receives an experience worthy of the instruments they represent.

Mark Love has been in the piano business for more than 25 years and has worked for two of the premier piano retailers in the country. He has assisted countless private clients in selecting a piano for their home. In addition, Mark has worked closely with colleges and universities to ensure that Steinway pianos grace their recital halls and practice rooms, and he has assisted many colleges and universities in their goal of attaining All-Steinway School status. Katherine, formerly a university professor, has recently stepped into the business; however, her love of these hand-crafted pianos was firmly established in her childhood as she grew up practicing on a Steinway M and attended an All-Steinway college.

Music is not just a business for the Loves, but also a passion and a mission. In addition to sponsoring community arts events and college and university music programs, SPG-G regularly hosts master classes and educator workshops for local music teachers and their students. In addition, the Greensboro gallery's SPG-Live! concert series presents high-level artists and has an ever-growing appreciative following.

The Loves and their gallery associates are committed to continuing a tradition of quality, selection, service, and value. Steinway Piano Gallery-Greensboro will support the Triad's vibrant community of pianists, musicians, educators, and houses of worship, and will cultivate relationships to enhance and foster active music making and arts and culture in the region.
